Description
The above allows you to obtain pricing for you to have the grid fully installed by our approved installation teams.
Once you have selected your pond size, and have seen the price that we are able to offer to you, it’s then a simple case of using the safe payment system, that we are approved and authorised to process, and once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification acknowledgement.
Alternatively, you can email us for a quotation, if so please send an email with the below info to make it simple to provide you with a price.
- Please include your contact details, telephone number, email address and installation address area.
- Length & Width & Depth of your pond. (as close as you can be).
- Pond sides = Irregular or straight edged
- Shape description of pond, i.e. rectangle, circle, square, oval, kidney bean shaped etc..
- A photograph of the pond from a few angles is always helpful if possible.
- The walls of the pond, are they a sheer drop or sloped, or stepped..
- The nature of the ‘Shoreline’ surrounding the pond (e.g. crazy paving, gravel, raised pond, boulders or slabbing)
- If the pond has more than a handful of plants, please also send us some photos before we install so that any advice can be given about them beforehand.
On booking the installation, we provide you with protection covered by the UK distance selling regulations, which we abide by.

The Diamondeck Pond Safety Grid comes with a 2 year guarantee
The DiamonDeck safety cover is installed into ponds, above or just below the water surface, to make sure that anybody falling into the pond, are held above the dangerous depths.
The cover is installed with the intention that it is left as its fitted and not adjusted or removed, other than for pond maintenance, which mostly can be achieved without the need to remove it, some sections can be unclipped by an adult too for easier access. Added to this, we do suggest regularly checking the cover as a ‘sensible, responsible and good practice’ just to make sure there are no visible signs of any adjustment to the safety cover, tampering etc.
